> Record Rent Collection Rates for Grove Village
Results of a recent tenant’s survey are proving cause for celebration at Grove Village in Ardwick, Manchester. Figures reveal a high level of satisfaction amongst tenants regarding the successful regeneration of this inner-city neighbourhood, and shows an improvement of opinion across all areas including; satisfaction with accommodation, condition of homes and repairs and maintenance.
These very positive results for Grove Village have been further reinforced by rent collection figures released this week which currently stand at 99.8%. a figure that exceeds the target rate of 99.1%.
Commenting on the rent collection rate, Peter Harrison, Regional Regeneration Manager said:
“These fantastic collection rates, I believe, are a true reflection of the stability that this regeneration project has endeared. To have such a high rate of collection at a time when satisfaction figures are also increasing is very encouraging”.
The recent collection rate places Grove Village within the top quartile of housing providers for Rent Collections.
