Where: - Whitethroat Walk, Oakwood, Birchwood, Warrington (19th).
- Woodpecker Close & Kingfisher Close, Oakwood, Birchwood

Work boots and rubber gloves will be the wardrobe of choice on the 19 and 20 August for Birchwood residents when they step out in force to make improvements to their community. The event, which is being organised by Frontis, a member of Harvest Housing Group, is designed to give residents the encouragement and empowerment to make a positive difference to their local environment.
Members of Frontis Staff and representatives from both Cheshire Police Service and Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service will be present to lend a hand with the clear-up operation. Frontis will also be providing 2 skips to enable residents to dispose of large items.
Commenting on the community clean up day, Frontis Neighbourhood Regeneration Officer, Bernadette Bell said:
“We are looking forward to seeing the benefits of the event and anticipate good attendance from residents. We hope that the results will not only provide short-term improvements for residents to enjoy but will encourage everyone to maintain the high standards for future generations.”
