Eaves Brook, a member of Harvest Housing Group, continues to celebrate its commitment to Pennine Lancashire by asking Max Steinberg OBE, Chief Executive of Elevate East Lancashire, to open their new office on Friday 22 August.

The new Eaves Brook Neighbourhood Office will enable them to provide quality neighbourhood management services to residents and demonstrates Harvest’s involvement in and commitment to Pennine Lancashire. The office will provide a ‘one stop shop’ for Harvest customers, a pleasant working environment for staff and an ideal base for key partners to meet.

Mr Steinberg and representatives from Lancashire County Council, the Borough Councils of Hyndburn and Burnley, Lancashire Police Force, community groups and MP for Hyndburn, Mr Greg Pope will join Harvest Housing Group to celebrate at the event.

To mark the official opening, Mr Steinberg will launch an eco-friendly balloon competition for local youngsters taking part in a Summer Activity Scheme which is led by local Police Community Support Officers and funded by Eaves Brook.

Commenting on the new office, Chief Executive of Harvest Housing Group, Ian Perry said:

“We are dedicated to promoting community cohesion and this new Neighbourhood Office will provide a base where residents can speak to members of staff and obtain information regarding their neighbourhood. We welcome this new office to the Harvest family and look forward to its future success”.

Following the official ceremony, attendees will be given a tour of the new office followed by a celebratory lunch at the Dunkenhalgh Hotel.
