Hot on the heels of Team GB’s fantastic success at the Olympics in China, Eaves Brook, a member of Harvest Housing Group, have demonstrated their commitment to achieving gold standards with the recent revamp, clean up and re-letting of their student accommodation, in time for the new academic year.

Ribble Brook House student accommodation, which is situated at the heart of Preston University Campus, is rented annually by students and is very popular due to its convenient location.

The dedicated Eaves Brook team of Estate Officers, Neighbourhood Regeneration Officer, Maintenance and Customer Support staff pulled together for the successful completion of all work involved, which included; decorating, carpeting cleaning and sign up of new tenancies of over 60 flats over a two week period.

Commenting on the successful achievement, Regional Regeneration Manager, Paul Heery said:

“We were eager to do everything we could to ensure the accommodation was promptly completed to a high standard in preparation for the new students. I am delighted that everyone worked together to accomplish this ambitious goal”.

The flats quickly became home to a large group of international students attending Preston University who were delighted with their new accommodation. Eaves Brook staff were presented with their own Olympic gold medals for their teamwork efforts.
