Home Page > Existing Customers > Your Tenancy or Lease
In this section you will find lots of useful information about the things you may need to know as a tenant or leaseholder of Harvest Housing Group. Each section (down the left hand side) gives you information, tells you who to contact if you need more detail and lets you view or download any leaflets we have about the subject.

Please remember these pages do not contain legal information and do not replace or add to the conditions in your tenancy or lease agreement. The tenancy agreement or lease that you signed when you got your keys is a legal contract. It is between you and the member of Harvest that owns your home. It confirms your right to occupy your home, sets out your responsibilities as a tenant or leaseholder and tells you about our obligations.

The type of tenancy or lease you have will be shown on the first page of the agreement. The agreement sets out the precise terms of your tenancy/lease including your rights and responsibilities. Please keep it in a safe place.

If there is anything you don’t understand, you can contact your local Neighbourhood Office and someone will be happy to help you. You can also get independent advice from a law centre or the Citizens Advice Bureau.
