KeywordsWe are responsible for most repairs to your home, but you are responsible for some of them. Your tenancy agreement outlines your responsibilities and ours in more detail but you can also see a summary by clicking the option on the left.

You can report a repair by:

• Calling Harvest Response on LoCall 0345 345 0272. Harvest Response is open Monday–Friday 8am–8pm and Saturday 9.30am–1.00pm.

Outside of these hours you can report emergency repairs requiring urgent attention on LoCall 0345 345 0272 
 


• Visiting your local Neighbourhood Office and using the freephone in reception or telling a member of staff.
