Whatever help or advice you need, from reporting repairs to help with domestic violence, call Harvest Response on LoCall 0345 345 0272. Our staff are there to help you and are trained to deal with all your calls. You can be confident that we will take your call seriously and speak to you respectfully and considerately. If we can’t resolve your query straight away we will explain why, what we will do next and how long it may take.

Harvest Response is open Monday-Friday 8am-8pm and Saturday 9.30am-1pm.

If you don’t want to call Harvest Response you have a number of different options.

Call in or write to your local Neighbourhood Office.
