Turning homes and neighbourhoods into places where people want to live and choose to stay requires long-term commitment and a broad range of experience. Across the Group we have this expertise in all areas of the process – from start to finish.

Our Neighbourhood Regeneration Officers (NROs) work in partnership with you and other agencies to assess the neighbourhood to find out what is needed and then consult with you to develop the plans, priorities and the best way to deliver the work. The local neighbourhood staff will then work with the Property Team in Harvest Response to find a way to make it happen.

Whilst we don’t believe regeneration is just about bricks and mortar – (we look at the wider issues which communities face to delver housing solutions that last and your NRO and the LINK tells you all about this) bricks and mortar are still important.

Each year we produce a leaflet which tells you about our investment in our bricks and mortar – your home.

You can view or download this year’s programme by clicking the PDF of the leaflet below. Please remember that from time to time unforeseen emergencies may occur which could cause us to slightly modify our improvement programme and/or completion dates. We will make every effort to complete the work detailed but it may be subject to change. We will always inform you in advance should any programme need to be amended. If we improve your home you may be entitled to a decoration allowance - click here for the details.
