We work hard to improve the things you have told us are important to you. One of the ways we do this is through Customers Review Groups. This is when a group of customers meet with staff and review a particular area and look for ways to improve the service.
Currently we have groups looking at:
- Access and Customer Care
- Repairs
- Resident’s Away Day
- Equality and Diversity
- Value for Money
