Appointments for repairs could be made any time from 2 to 21 days from the date of your repair request. There is always the risk that you may forget an appointment for a repair. If you are out when the contractor calls, your repair or inspection will be cancelled. You will have to report the problem again.
To avoid the risk of your repair being cancelled, we can now text your landline or mobile with a reminder 48 hours before your repair or gas service appointment.
 
This service is currently only available for customers of Manchester & District and Frontis, and we are looking at the possibility of offering it to Derwent & Solway customers.
