This is work we do to maintain the quality of your home, and is usually planned well in advance.
It will include things like:
- repairing woodwork ready for painting
- external painting
- rewiring
- gutter renewals
- window replacement schemes
- kitchen and bathroom replacement schemes.
If we include your home in a programme of work, we’ll contact you well in advance about our plans and give you plenty of notice before our contractors start on site. If we work on your home you may be entitled to a decorating allowance.
