Our aim is to help people to rent or buy all or part of a good quality home, at a price they can afford in a neighbourhood where they want to live.

We are a long established provider of quality rented accommodation with a range of homes to suit a range of needs across the North West. We can provide rented homes for all types of people; professional, families, individuals or people nearing or over retirement age. We also provide homes specifically designed for people who may need specialist help with a range of disabilities, sheltered homes and homes available on a shared ownership basis, leasehold schemes for the elderly and homes to buy.

Our communities are very different from each other and individual communities are very diverse. Our specialist neighbourhood staff understand and respond to widely differing needs.

Through partnership we listen to, engage with and respond to our residents. The information, views and experiences they contribute are invaluable and we are committed to helping residents get involved in ways that best suit them – whether they just want to be kept informed or want to be involved in shaping our strategic direction.
