FERN is a successful consortium working with communities on physical and social regeneration to deliver top quality local services to meet customers’ needs.

It comprises of Harvest Housing Group and MJ Gleeson Group.

FERN works with communities to improve neighbourhoods by delivering:

• local neighbourhood and housing management services
• dedicated 24-hour repairs and maintenance services
• high-quality affordable homes in an improved neighbourhood
• shops and community facilities
• local training and jobs for local people.

Two of our successful projects are:

• Grove Village - An award-winning regeneration project that has improved the neighbourhood, residents' homes and the quality of their lives.
• Avantage - Five Extra Care developments throughhout Cheshire, providing apartments to buy, part-buy or rent for the over 60s.

As a team we have the experience to work with customers to create happy and successful neighbourhoods - places where people want to live and choose to stay.
