If we need to visit you because you can’t get to us, or our contractor needs to carry out work at your home, we will:
  • arrange the visit at a reasonable time
  • always show you identification with our picture on
  • let you know if we will be late for the appointment or need to cancel it
  • when appropriate, let you know within 10 working days the result of the visit.

Remember: Please do not let anyone into your home without first checking their identification.
