  • seek your views through surveys, satisfaction checks, forums, involvement panels and surgeries
  • let you know personally what’s happened and what we’ve done as a result of your involvement
  • have information available on all our services in every office
  • give you an information pack when you sign up for one of our homes
  • publish a report on our performance four times a year
  • send out a regular group newsletter.
