You are important to us and can often help us to improve. We’ll offer you a range of ways to get involved with us and keep you informed. We will:
- consult you when we update our policies
- publish the outcome of any customer involvement within a month
- offer you opportunities to get involved in planning, delivering and monitoring our services
- seek your views through surveys, satisfaction checks, forums, involvement panels and surgeries
- let you know personally what’s happened and what we’ve done as a result of your involvement
- have information available on all our services in every office
- give you an information pack when you sign up for one of our homes
- publish a report on our performance four times a year
- send out a regular group newsletter.
