We want to continually improve and that is why we value what you tell us. We will always try to keep our promises but will let you know if we can't.
We will report our performance against are set standards to staff, managers, boards and customers. We will report to:
- our boards annually in their board reports
- customers every three months in our customer performance report and on our website
- staff and managers through our monthly performance reports.
The leaflet on the right which you can view or download shows you our performance and a highlight of some of the things each neighbourhood has done with your help.
