> Harvest Housing Group and Orchard Information Systems Launch Unique Customer Knowledge Solution
Harvest Housing Group have been working in partnership with Orchard Information Systems to develop an innovative IT solution that was launched at the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) Annual Conference and Exhibition at Harrogate International Centre last week.
‘Customer Knowledge’ is a unique customer profiling tool that has been developed using Harvest Housing Group’s tried and tested approach to customer profiling together with Orchard’s technical expertise. It will enable Harvest Housing Group to gain an even greater understanding of their customers, essential to the delivery of quality services.
Commenting, Chief Executive of Harvest Housing Group, Ian Perry said:

‘Customer Knowledge’ will enable Harvest Housing Group to capture and record customer details in a user and customer friendly way, report on person specific customer profiling information, communicate automatically in the way their customers prefer and identify hard to reach customers for more real consultation and involvement.
