Careline is an emergency alarm with a 'pendant style' button that can be used anywhere in your home.
When activated, that alarm uses your phone line to alert the call centre who can contact friends, family or emergency services.
Careline can help you stay independent and remain in your own home.
Careline uses your telephone line and to put an emergency call through to the control centre.
The control centre will know who has made the emergency call even if you can't speak. You can make an emergency from anywhere in your home or even from your garden by using your pendant.
How much does Careline cost?
It currently costs £35 to install Careline and then there is a weekly charge of £3.10 (Excl. VAT), most of our customers are VAT exempt.
The cost includes the supply, fitting and maintenance of the equipment, detailed instructions on how to use the system and a six montly 'MOT' by our professional, friendly and helpful staff.
Careline is currently only available to people living in teh Staffordshire Moorlands
