We are responding to these new regulations by working with you to undertake a “health check” of our current services, strategic plans, policies and operational processes to identify any gaps in what is currently on offer to our customers.
We have also consulted with you about our Key Business Objectives to ensure our plans for the business are sound and reflect your priorities.
We will are working with you to identify a set of Core Service Standards that are important to you and will explain exactly what standards of service you should expect from us and explain your responsibilities as a tenant (this means – what we expect from you).
Where you highlight a need for a more “tailored service” to reflect your local needs or priorities we will work with you to develop these “Local Offers”.
