Harvest reviews its services with customers regularly and has a variety of ways that you can get involved to ensure your views are heard. We use this feedback and involvement to implement Service Improvement Plans for our standards and services. We have a full complaints procedure should you be unhappy with the standards of service you receive and a variety of ways that you can express your complaint.

Complaints will be monitored by staff and customer panels and all efforts will be made to address the issues. We will also provide answers if we are unable to address your issue. (Which could be due to financial or regulatory restraints for example).

If you do not feel that your complaint has been dealt with appropriately, or your views have not been taken into consideration we will advise you of how you can raise this with the TSA.
