Outlook homes delivers a large affordable housing programme across the country. Working with local authorities and developers, Outlook are able to deliver brand new quality homes through Section 106 agreements.
Resolve 106 is an affordable housing provider. It is a joint venture company between Harvest, Nord LB Bank and Chaco resolving Section 106 planning problems and turning them into solutions.
Grove Village is an award winning partnership that has proved housing PFI can succeed in delivering quality homes in the most difficult regeneration projects. Grove Village was the first housing PFI project and has delivered real successes in transforming this part of Manchester.
Avantage is an extra care housing PFI provider. It is currently delivering 430 extra care homes in Cheshire for Cheshire County Council. These homes will provide independent living in new modern apartments for the over 60s.
Fern is our new PFI partnership. It is a tried and tested partnership of three dedicated companies (including Harvest) with a record of regenerating local communities and neighbourhoods.
PHD is a Housing Corporation Development partner. It delivers major regeneration and social housing projects for a number of housing associations and it members. PHD has delivered the Housing Corporation’s most grant-efficient programme in the North and has pre-qualified for the 2008/11 programme.

Orchard is Harvest’s joint venture with PHS Senior Living of New Jersey, USA to develop continuing care retirement communities in the UK.
Frontis is the member of Harvest that is the leading provider of modern key worker housing for NHS Trusts in the North.
