Customer Involvement Panels
Customer Involvement Panels (CIPs) are an opportunity for customers to make an impact on the services that they receive, and have their say on anything that’s happening in their neighbourhood. Panels are held 4 times per year and give customers the chance to meet Harvest Housing staff, make them aware of any areas of concern, and have an input into any proposed changes to services.

At previous CIPs, customers have discussed issues ranging from difficulties experienced during adverse winter weather, to their experience of individual maintenance contractors. Future CIPs will be asked for their view on where priorities for spending in the area should lie so anyone with an interest in this should come along.

Harvest will pay reasonable expenses to any customer who takes the time to attend meetings, and will arrange and pay for return transport for you if required. Please contact Gavin McAlister for further details on 01538 380 615 or gmcalister@moorlandshousing.co.uk
