Throughout 2009 Harvest consulted with customers through the "National Conversation", about what it is they want from their Landlord and what they want to see in their neighbourhoods. The National Conversation was established by the Tenants Service Authority (TSA) and identified with customers key areas of importance regarding their homes and landlords.

A set of six national standards was developed which Harvest and other landlords must follow to meet these customer priorities. The six standards are -

 - Tenant Involvement and Empowerment

 - Home

 - Tenancy

 - Neighbourhood and Community

 - Value for Money

 - Governance and Financial Viability

To read more about each standard, click on the pdf download at the base of the screen and a pop up will appear with a brief explaination on each standard.

Local Offers

Local Offers are a different approach to regulation which is less about Registered Housing Providers being told what to do by our regulators and more about decisions affecting local people being made locally.

At a series of “Harvest Local” Roadshows events in 2010 we consulted our customers on our Core Service Offers in relation to the Tenant Services Authority (TSA) National Standards to check you were happy with our Offer and to identify your local priorities. We also looked at survey results, complaints and performance information. This helped us shape the Local Offers in each area with our customers as we understand that a “one size fits all” approach does not always address local issues and customer priorities.

You can find details of our Local Offers by selecting your landlord below:

- Eaves Brook
