You can contact us in whatever way is easiest for you, by telephone, email, fax, post or in person. There are two main areas to contact: Harvest Response or your local neighbourhood office (details below).
Harvest Response is a ‘one stop shop’ for all your needs – this service offers a quick response whether you call to query your rent or report a fault. Harvest Response offers solutions and support for you in these areas:
- Reporting repairs
- Reporting neighbourhood matters, i.e. graffiti, litter
- Seeking help with nuisance, harassment, or antisocial behaviour
- Arranging for a home visit
- Enquiries about your tenancy
- Enquiries about moving home
- Reporting information about a property
- Enquiries about your rent or rent account
- Ways to pay your rent
- Making a complaint/compliment
- Requesting information about whether you can purchase your home

The opening hours for Harvest Response are Monday – Friday, 8am – 8pm. Calls are charged at a local rate - LoCall means that the call is the same price as a local call, no matter where you are in the country.
