If you need to report a repair, you can do this in a number of ways:

Please make sure you have the following information to hand when you contact us:

  • Your name, address, and postcode
  • A daytime telephone number where you can be contacted
  • Any special access arrangements
  • As clear a description of the repair as possible

When you report your repair we will tell you who will carry out the repair and give you a date when the work should be completed.  This is reliant upon a number of factors and could be delayed if you are not able to be clear about the problem.

We will send you a letter confirming the details and a customer satisfaction form.  This  helps us to monitor when your repair was completed, how well the work was done, and if you were satisfied with the way the work was carried out. Please help us by returning these slips – free of charge as it will help us to monitor our service and improve. 

We have three categories for all repairs

  • Emergency, which will be completed within 24 Hours
  • Urgent, which will be completed within 7 Calendar Days
  • Routine which will be completed within 21 Calendar Days
