> Community Drama Production from Partington Housing Association
Partington Housing Association (PHA) and Trafford NHS will present a community Drama Production, Behind Closed Doors (A tear in the frame) on 23 February 2012 at The FUSE in Partington, Manchester, with performances at 2pm and 7pm.
In this powerful performance the audience will watch through the eyes of a stranger as five families live their everyday lives. See the choices they make, the circumstances hidden, their beliefs, their torment, heartache and courage as you learn of their inner secrets, past and take a look into their future.
The performance contains some strong messages and audiences will be taken through a range of emotions; anger, upset and pain, in a delightful and terrifying portrayal of real life from ‘Behind Closed Doors’.
The brand new drama production has been created, and will be performed, by a cast and crew from the Partington community.
Natalie Hinchliffe, from PHA and writer/production director of Behind Closed Doors, said; “Drama is a platform for expression, and this production comes entirely from the Partington community. None of the people involved on or off stage have any past theatre experience, but are telling some very strong messages through this production. It is very emotional, and if you like raw theatre this will be everything you could wish for.”
The performance is not suitable for children aged 12 and under. For more information call Natalie on 0161 7766210 or Susie on 0161 912 5450. To reserve your free ticket call 0161 776 6210.
