We have three repairs categories:
Emergency, repair within 24 Hours
Urgent, repair within 7 Calendar Days
Routine, repair within 21 Calendar Days
Emergency Repairs
Emergency repairs are those, which affect your safety, security or health.
We undertake to complete these repairs within 24 hours of being notified.
If we are unable to complete the repair in the time allowed we would make sure that your property is safe and secure.
These include:
• Major plumbing repairs such as burst pipes
• Total loss of electric power
• Gas leaks
• Total loss of heating and hot water system
• Dangerous structural faults
• Blocked drains/toilets
Urgent Repairs
Urgent repairs include loss of essential facilities to you, or those, which may cause more damage to the structure, fabric, fittings, fixtures or services in your home.
These repairs will be completed within 7 days from the date we are notified.
Examples:
• Plumbing faults causing loss of water heating or central heating
• Structural repairs such as minor roof leaks
• Minor electrical faults
• Water penetration
Routine Repairs
These repairs are those that do not pose a major problem to people or property, and where the discomfort or inconvenience caused is minimal, for example:
• Repairs to fittings eg. kitchen cupboards etc.
• Plaster defects to ceilings or walls
• Joinery repairs to doors, window frames, floors, etc
• Defective gutters or down-pipes
• Sticking doors and windows
• Defective fencing or gates
