We are committed to delivering the best possible services to our customers. We try to improve our service through a range of continuous improvement groups. These are groups of staff from across the Group who meet to review specific areas of our work and are responsible for finding ways to improve. The following groups are set up:
Customers Involvement - looking at the ways we can involve tenants and residents in what we do, for example, customer influencing panels and satisfaction surveys.
Customer Retention - Looking at how we market and let our properties to you and how we sign-up new tenancies.
Repairs and Maintenance - Looking at how we manage the maintenance of your home during your tenancy.
Tenancy Agreements - Looking at how we manage our relationship with you, set and collect rents, etc. during your tenancy.
Terminating Occupancies - Looking at how we manage the process if you choose to terminate your tenancy
Your opinions are very important to the Group too and we are keen to know how you think. There are two ways that you can get involved. You can write down your comments and ideas and send it to us or alternatively, for a more hands on approach, you can volunteer to attend a two-hour meeting once every two months to discuss your views with our friendly members of staff.
The groups are set-up already and waiting for your input.
