Grove Village is a housing Private Finance Initiative (PFI) which has successfully transformed a run down, inner-city housing estate in Manchester into a sustainable, mixed tenure, well-managed urban village - a place where people are now choosing to live.
The first housing PFI project to reach contract signing, Grove Village Limited is the consortium delivering the scheme for Manchester City Council. Partners include: Harvest Housing Group,
