Harvest Housing Group and their subsidiary Frontis have recently placed an antisocial behaviour injunction on a key perpetrator in the area, showing their continued commitment towards ridding their neighbourhoods of such activity.

Michael Doyle, from Runcorn has been visiting the Oakwood neighbourhood, where his ex-partner resides, and received the injunction after engaging in threatening behaviour towards another resident and causing damage to a property, which had a door broken by a sledge hammer and windows smashed.

Due to the seriousness of the allegations, a power of arrest has been attached to the injunction, which also sees Mr Doyle, excluded from the Oakwood neighbourhood for the 2-years that the injunction is in place.

Cathy Bennett, Community Safety Manager for Harvest Housing Group says:

“Today’s result is the culmination of a lot of hard work from Frontis, the local police and our residents, and we are delighted with the outcome.

“We have a clear responsibility to all our residents to provide a safe and peaceful environment and I hope that today’s action sends out a clear message to everyone that such behaviour will not be tolerated.”

The terms of the injunction state that Michael Doyle is forbidden from engaging in or threatening to engage in nuisance or violent behaviour or to contact witnesses in the case. The injunction also states that he is prohibited from instructing, encouraging or allowing others to take part in the aforementioned activity.
