> Improving your neighborhood
We are constantly striving to improve our neighbourhoods, as a result we will:
- work with you and other agencies to turn homes and neighbourhoods into places where people want to live and choose to stay
- hold local meetings, customer-influencing panels and other events as appropriate
- listen to your priorities and try to incorporate them into our Neighbourhood Plans
- carry out yearly satisfaction surveys
- remove racist and other offensive graffiti within 24-hours of it being reported, and aim to remove all other graffiti within five days
- enforce all tenancy conditions and deal with antisocial behaviour promptly, effectively and within the law
- consult you and your neighbours before we carry out any palnned maintenance or improvements to your home or neighbourhood
