Harvest Housing Group has been short-listed for the CCA (Customer Contact Association) Excellence Awards 2007.
Harvest has been put forward in the Public Sector category for their customer contact service delivered by Harvest Response.
Alison Blanchard, Customer Service Manager at Harvest Housing Group said:

Harvest Housing Group provides 18,000 affordable quality homes to rent throughout the North West including shared ownership properties and supported housing, and offers a number of different services to its customers: tenancy support; responsive day-to-day repairs; antisocial behaviour management; neighbourhood regeneration; customer involvement.
Harvest customers are able to contact the organisation through Harvest Response between 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday, and through a dedicated out of hours repair and antisocial behaviour service at all other times including bank holidays.
Alison Blanchard adds:
“It is vital to our service that our tenants have instantaneous, around-the-clock access to us and it is testament to the whole team that our customer contact delivery is so highly regarded.”
The CCA Excellence Awards ceremony will take place 6 November at the Royal Museum, Edinburgh. The Awards are part of the Customer Contact Convention 2007, 6-7 November, EICC Edinburgh.
