Harvest Housing Group has announced the appointment of their new Chair Designate of the Harvest board.
Kathy Cowell will take up her post at the Harvest Housing Group AGM today (Monday 24th September), when current Chair, Eric Fazackerley will officially stand-down.
Kathy comes to the role following wide and varied experience within both the corporate and public sectors, having had a long and successful career in banking with Cheshire Building Society as well positions as Chairman of the East Cheshire NHS Hospital Trust and Chairman of the Cheshire Courts Board.
Speaking about her appointment, Kathy said:
“My passion is to provide good quality affordable housing. I’m excited by the challenge Harvest will present. I truly believe in the organisation, and I hope that my previous board experience will take them to an even higher level.”

Kathy has already undertaken her induction and has been introduced to Harvest Housing Group’s many members of staff across the North West.
