Frontis, a member of Harvest Housing Group, conducted a survey amongst residents earlier this year regarding having a Good Neighbour Agreement signed up in their areas.
The collated responses have provided Frontis with a deeper insight into tenant views on how to tackle issues of nuisance harassment and antisocial behaviour.
Since the survey, a comprehensive Good Neighbour Agreement document has been drawn up from the results, which can be discussed with residents on Monday, 1 October, when Frontis is hosting a consultation drop-in session for the Good Neighbour Agreement.
The purpose behind the consultation afternoon is to provide residents in and around Oakwood with the opportunity to express their ideas and opinions, whilst also hearing how it will assist with addressing and resolving any problems that are of main concern in each neighbourhood.
Please visit:
Birchwood Leisure Centre, Benson Road, Birchwood on Monday 1 October from 4pm -7pm
Representatives from Frontis, the Cheshire Police, the Local Authority, and other local agencies involved in the area will be present to offer their support and advice, and they urge residents to come along to highlight any problems.
Bernadette Bell, Neighbourhood Regeneration Officer at Frontis adds:
“Our resident’s opinions are always valued, and all are welcome on Monday to come along and express their thoughts.”
The Good Neighbourhood Agreement will officially launch in early November and then reviewed over a twelve-month period. Regular resident feedback will be encouraged to establish whether the agreement is making a difference.
