> Harvest Awarded for Customer Service
Harvest Housing Group has won an award for their customer service at the CCA (Customer Contact Association) Excellence Awards 2007.
The Group, which provides 18,000 affordable quality homes to rent throughout the North West has been awarded for their customer service, delivered by Harvest Response, in the Best Customer Focus - Public Sector category.
Alison Blanchard, Customer Service Manager at Harvest Housing Group who accepted the award said:
“I am so proud of all the team. We were up against some fantastic organisations, many of whom have a great deal more experience of delivering services via a customer contact centre, but this award goes to show how we continuously strive to attain the highest levels in all areas of our business for the benefit of our customers.”
Harvest delivers a number of services alongside Harvest Response including tenancy support, responsive day-to-day repairs, antisocial behaviour management, neighbourhood regeneration and customer involvement.
Harvest customers are able to contact the organisation through Harvest Response between 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday, and through a dedicated out of hours repair and antisocial behaviour service at all other times including bank holidays.
Alison Blanchard adds:
“It is vital to our service that our tenants have instantaneous, around-the-clock access to us and it is testament to the whole team that our customer contact delivery is so highly regarded.”
The awards took place on 6 November at the Royal Museum, Edinburgh and were part of the Customer Contact Convention 2007.
