A pilot scheme enabling tenants to pay their rent through Sky TV is going from strength to strength for Harvest Housing Group.
Harvest Housing Group is the first housing association and first company nationwide to accept payments through allpay.tv, and it is proving so popular that the scheme is expected to be rolled out by other organisations in the near future.
One of Harvest’s tenants in Cumbria is just one of a number now making regular use of this simple payment method:
“It’s really easy to use and very convenient. You can see how much your paying in and I can do it myself very quickly without having to leave my house. I’d definitely recommend this method to others.”
Allpay.net is a secure payment service enabling users to pay through their interactive Digital TV (iDTV) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week allowing users a greater level of flexibility on how and when to pay their rent.
Paul Warburton at Harvest Housing Group said:
“It is important that we can offer our customers flexible payment options that make it as easy and convenient as possible for them to pay their rent.”
All that tenants need to make use of the service is an allpay.net swipe card, which Harvest tenants can collect from any of their neighbourhood offices and a credit or debit card.
Tenants without iDTV, can still make payments in all the usual ways (list details)
