Grove Village is a housing Private Finance Initiative (PFI) which is successfully transforming a run down, inner-city housing estate in Manchester into a sustainable, mixed tenure, well-managed urban village - a place where people are now choosing to live. The first housing PFI project to reach contract signing, Grove Village Limited is the consortium delivering the scheme for Manchester City Council with M&D taking on the thirty year housing and neighbourhood management contract.
Partners include: Harvest Housing Group, MJ Gleeson Group, Nationwide Building Society.
Grove Village were the proud recipients of one of the prestigious Annual Building Awards, winning the PFI Project of the Year 2007.
