As your landlord we are responsible for most of the repairs to your home. However there are some items for which you are responsible, and others that you may have to pay for because of deliberate damage, or negligence.
You can check the repairs you are responsible for here or if you call us we will tell you of any concerns we have when you report your repair. We may ask a member of staff from the Neighbourhood Team to visit your home to investigate the problem.
When you report a repair we will give you a target date for when it will be completed, this will depend on if it is an Emergency, Urgent and Non-Urgent repair. Details of which repairs are Emergency, Urgent and Non-Urgent can be found here.

Failure to report a repair could result in additional damage and you may receive a bill for the work once it is identified. Please notify us immediately when you notice any problems.
