As a Group we are dedicated to neighbourhoods and our whole structure is based on delivering our group-wide resources at the local level, in ways that are relevant to individual communities.

Key to this local focus are our Neighbourhood Regeneration Officers (NROs). This role is skilled in working with the community, with our local authority partners and with other agencies to identify particular problems in an area and solve them.  Each area has their own Neighbourhood Regeneration Officer who is dedicated to the tenants and residents, they are backed up by our shared service centre Harvest Response and by in-house specialist services serving the whole Group.

NROs are there for tenants and residents to help improve their community by listening to their opinions, thoughts and concerns. Most importantly they are there to make changes and improvements and assist tenants and residents in making their neighbourhood a better place to live.
