Getting your views about our services and what it’s like to live in your neighbourhood is of central importance to us. The best way to ensure that we keep doing this is to listen, inform and involve you in everything we do.
We understand that coming to meetings isn’t everyone’s cup of tea so we’ve tried to come up with different ways that you can get involved with us.
How we involve you
- Regular tenants’ newsletters giving information about what’s going on in your area and useful contact information
- Conducting customer satisfaction surveys
- Personal letters telling you about any new initiatives or major changes to the services we provide
- Organising one-off public meetings to discuss particular issues
- Running regular and informal discussion sessions which are open to all. The reason and purpose vary depending on customers’ preferences
- Holding regular customer panels where managers and customers discuss priorities and service delivery across a number of neighbourhoods
- Encouraging customers to join in our numerous customer influencing mechanisms which guide the activities of our organisation and help identify what our aims and goals should be
- Receiving views and opinions from customers in person and over the phone
