To make sure we keep on getting your views, we will listen to you, inform you and involve you in what we do.
How we involve you
Your opinions are important to us. By working together we can really make a difference to your home, neighbourhood and life. Everyone’s different, so you can have your say or get involved in many different ways. We believe you should be able to get involved as little or as much as you like – just choose the ways that suit you best, and let us know.
Remember: it’s your home, your neighbourhood and your life. We want you to have your say in anything we do that concerns you – after all, you’re the expert and we want your help.
Neighbourhood Regeneration Officer
Every area has a Neighbourhood Regeneration Officer (NRO). The NRO’s main job is to consult and then involve you in our local services in the way that suits you best.
The different ways you can get involved:
• In person – meetings, one-to-one interviews, door knocking, drop-in surgeries or attending focus groups or workshops.
• By post – we send you information in the form of things like letters, newsletters and customer surveys, and ask you for feedback.
• By phone – this could be one-to-one calls or telephone surveys.
• Using new technology such as email, text messaging and websites.
