Service Standards
Our service standards when allocating homes are -
 
• We will acknowledge 100% of your requests for housing within two working days of receipt of application.
• We will register your requirements for housing 85% within five working days and 100%within 10 working days
• We will respond to change of circumstance requests within two working days
• We will respond to your request for information on application for housing within a maximum of five working days.
• We will publicise information on successful lets on choice based schemes we participate in, for all our properties.
• Where you lodge an appeal we will acknowledge within two working days on 100% of cases.
• We will respond to your appeal within 10 working days on 100% of cases
• We will review our applications policies annually
• We will assist vulnerable applicants to access housing in 100% of known cases.

We will ensure that your privacy and confidentiality are maintained at all times by

• Offering private interview rooms
• Offering interviews with a person of the same gender where appropriate
• Contacting you at a time convenient to you where possible

To assist us in achieving these standards we would request that you

• Ensure you provide all information requested in 10 working days
• Let us know of any changes to your application in five working days
• Respond to our re registration requests within the time period required.
