The Group also includes three service providers:

Harvest Housing Group - This is the parent body and corporate service provider - Harvest plays a strategic role and provides specialist services such as IT, human resources and treasury management

Frontis - A stockowning body responsible for non-charitable activities such as the development NHS staff accommodation and private finance initiative schemes which will generate surpluses that can be transferred to charitable bodies in the Group.

Outlook - A company limited by guarantee which manages housing owned by other landlords, Frontis’ market rented stock and our other unsubsidised housing, as well as marketing our shared ownership and other housing for sale schemes.

With our extensive track record we are 'thinking practitioners', experts working together in our field, delivering original solutions. Through these divisions, Harvest Housing Group not only shares its tremendous expertise with outside customers, but generates financial surplus which can be channelled back into our core aim:
